SBA Loans

7 (a) Program
This is the most flexible business loan program, because financing under this program can be guaranteed for a variety of general business purposes. Loan proceeds can be used for most sound business purposes including:

  • Furniture and fixtures
  • Leasehold improvements
  • Machinery and equipment
  • Business purchase financing
  • Debt refinancing (under special conditions)
  • Land and building, including purchase, renovation & new construction

Loan maturity is 7 to 10 years for business purposes and up to 25 year terms for real estate financing.

504 Loan Program

Provides long-term, fixed-rate financing to small businesses to acquire real estate, machinery or equipment for expansion or modernization.

Business and Industry (B & I) Loans:

  • Fully amortized
  • Up to 25 year terms
  • Flexible loan amounts, up to $10,000,000
  • Available to businesses located in rural areas
  • In-house approvals within 5 to 10 business days

Farm Services Agency (FSA) Loans:

  • Fully amortized
  • Debt refinancing
  • Up to 25 year maximum terms
  • Available to purchase farmland
  • Farmland development to promote soil and water conservation
  • Flexible loan amounts, up to $1,112,000 (amount adjusted annually)
