- Your mobile device sends a unique, one-time passcode to the merchant's terminal that doesn't contain actual card information like your name or card number.
- Ensure that the app is installed on your mobile device, and if not go to your app store to see if it's available for download.
- Follow the simple on-screen instructions to load your card information to the app.
What is "Mobile Wallet"?
Mobile Wallet allows you to store your card information securely on your smartphone or smartwatch, in order to make purchases at over a million stores now accepting mobile payments using your smartphone or smartwatch. Simply look for the wireless payment symbol at checkout.
How do I add cards to a Mobile Wallet?
Most smartphones will already have the Wallet or payment app available to upload your card(s) to. If you can't find it on your device, be sure your device is compatible with Apple Pay, Android Pay or Samsung Pay by checking the website for your wallet and/or device.
If your device is compatible but you can't find the Wallet:
- Go to your App store to download and install the Wallet that is compatible with your device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to load your card information into the app.
- Validate your information as required by the Wallet.
- You're ready to go!

Are Mobile Payments secure?
Using your debit card with Mobile Wallet provides the same fraud protection you receive with your card, with an added layer of security. When you pay in a store with Apple Pay, Android Pay or Samsung Pay, you don't share the information contained on your card. Instead, your mobile device sends a unique, one-time passcode to the merchant's terminal.
Can I add any other cards?
Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay allow you to add multiple cards. However, you can also set a default card, and by choosing your card with us as your default, you will ensure quick and easy payments during checkout. If you have more than one card in your mobile wallet, you have the option of selecting any card during the payment process.
